Prepare an internal estimate and cost proposal for the project, and solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers as needed.

Contracts & Programme
Develop and execute contracts and project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory requirements.

He is an astute business operator with strong competencies in the areas of project management, construction law and client relations. Moe continues to develop and strengthen the operational platform of the company to ensure adaptability to the evolving nature of the industry. He is always on the frontline of the business and enjoys servicing his clients on a personal level.

Sam’s experience in the industry has largely been attained as a senior member of a commercial construction company, undertaking a variety of complex projects in the Canberra region.
